![]() ![]() ![]() Scripting is designed to be simple but flexible enough to allow a wide vararity of Original Games to be created. The Table logic is scripted in Visual Basic Scripting (via the Microsoft Scripting Technology's built into Windows XP). (of which there is a nice selection of each type). Other objects (Bumpers, Flippers, Gates, Triggers, Targets etc.) use pre-made 3d Models Objects like Surfaces, Lights and Rubbers are shapeable within the editor and generated real-time when the table is played. Tables are built up out of Standard components (Plastics, Pegs, Bumpers, Lights etc.) which are placed onto the playfield via the Editor. It uses Advanced Physics to provide the best possible Simulation of a true to life pinball machine. My ignorance is vast on this.Future Pinball is a real time Pinball Development System.It allows you to design and play your very own pinball simulation in True real time 3D. Thanks for any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong. I used it earlier today to update GB Premium from 1.05 to 1.13 and everything went smoothly for that update. ![]() By the way I'm using a less than 1 years old Mac to download the file. It's like the machine isn't recognizing the USB drive, maybe because it has that zip file. The update process stops at the point where it tells me to insert a USB drive into the machine, even though it is already there. I went through the recommended updating steps, switching dip switch 8 to the on position ect. It's the only file on the drive and it's in the root directory. I placed the original file (MTL17LE.BIN) into a properly FAT32 formatted USB thumb drive. ![]() It appears I'm having trouble unzipping it since whenever I try to do that by double clicking the file or using Unarchiver it creates a file with the name which also appears to be a zip file. I downloaded the code from Stern's website. I'm trying to update the code on my Metallica Premium from 1.64 to 1.70. ![]()
